Grade 1 Listed college dating from 1863 required complete renovation led by clients and architects. All decoration for the interior included; major period rooms and anti rooms, entrance hall and stairs, new conference facilities with lecture theatre in contemporary style as well as decorative period concepts using original paint colours. All complimented with bespoke carpets hand dyed and woven and stitched on site, curtains and blinds and carpet tile design for college areas. Clients existing art work and furniture were re-used and new lighting by John Bullock Lighting Design completed the project. Total Project Value 11+ million euros.
