• Client Meetings for briefing sessions, presentations, updates and Site Meetings. Guidance on individual project needs eg, Contractors, specialists, Time Scale and Outline Budgets
• Surveying of Site, Investigative Reports and Feasibility Studies
• Scaled Drawings for the client, presentation and detailed drawings for contractors.
• Full Soft Furnishing Design and Supply including flooring, upholstery, curtains and blinds, wall finishes etc.
• Lighting Design; Contemporary Functional Lighting and Decorative Lighting to compliment the scheme
• Services Design; Audio Visual, Power, Plumbing for Bathrooms and Kitchens, Home Offices, Security, Telephony and Computer Technology
• Schedules of Works; Simple, but detailed information for all main contractors and trades for budget submissions, build and installation.
• Costings, Budgets and Contracts; Preparation of costs of interior elements and bespoke contract for the project. Advice on suitable contractors and tendering procedure.
• Project Management. Full Co-ordination of all interior design elements, working with the main contractor or sub contractors on any building works and final installation.
